Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your Glanz purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@glanzauto.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return unless they arrived defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@glanzauto.shop with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we confirm your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
